Enrollment
ENROLLMENT AND CHARGES:
The school must have all necessary state required forms completed before your child can be enrolled. These forms included but, not limited to the following; enrollment application, parent agreement form, medical release form. USDA application – we furnish at no additional charge rice cereal and formula generic similac iron fortified. Please keep this information updated for the safety of your child and others.
REGISTRATION FEE:
A $150.00 registration fee is required at time of enrollment. Registration fees are NON-refundable.
TUITION POLICY:
Tuition is due in advance on each Monday of care. Tuition not paid by Tuesday at the close of business will be charged a late of $25.00 per day. Unless, prior arrangements have been made with the Director. We accept cash, check and most major credit cards for payment. (If using a credit card, payment for childcare must be for the month of services)
Tuition is the same for your child whether they attend 1-5 days. There are NO exceptions. This includes holidays. Your child’s spot is theirs until they are withdrawn.
NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL:
First Step Learning Centre requires two weeks written notice when you withdraw your child. If two weeks written notice is not given, you will be held financially responsible for these two weeks unless this has been discussed and agreed upon with director.
